“The 2010 Masters Tournament was held in George from the 6th to 8th August  and was superbly hosted by the Southern Cape Masters Hockey Association. Castle Lager were the main sponsors and they ensured that the 1000 odd players from 63 teams had plenty of liquid sustenance. It was a weekend that reflected the true Masters Hockey spirit both on and off the field. All participants now have a year to recover from their aches and pains, before subjecting their bodies and livers to further abuse at the 2011 Masters Hockey Tournament in Krugersdorp.”
